|Lift is a ministry of Lighthouse Assembly that provides afterschool care for your child GRADE K-8th. Lift shares the love of Jesus by daily devotions, weekly chapel services, homework time, outside play and more. We are now enrolling for the 2014-2015 school year! Lift Hours & Fees:
Hours – Our hours are 3:15 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. and it includes a snack, homework time, devotionals, active play time and much more.
Ages – Grades Kindergarten through 8th grade.
Tuition – $40 per week if paid by automatic ACH debit, $45 if paid by check or cash.
[Discounts $10 off for the 2nd child, $20 off for the 3rd child, $20 off for the 4th child or more.]
Additional Fees & Information:
Enrollment Fee – $20 per family, due at time of enrollment (Non-refundable)
Early Release Day Fee – $5 per student . Child must be signed up and fee must be paid by the deadline given.
NSF Fee – $25 will be charged for each returned check. When a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, further payments by check will not be accepted for the remainder of the school year.
Late Pick-up Fee – $1 per student for every minute after 5:30 p.m. will be charged to your account. This fee must be paid in full with the next tuition payment.
Forms of Payment – Cash, check, money order, or online payment. ACH debit recommended for discounted rate.
Payment Due Date – Payments are due on Monday 5:30 p.m. for that week’s tuition.
Late Payment Fee – $15 will be charged to your account if payment is not made by Wednesday at 3:00pm
Transportation – Students will be picked up by church van at the following schools: Bowie Elementary, Bowie Intermediate, Bowie JR High, Bellevue school drop off at Synergy and Goldburg drop off at the laundromat unless notified that the parents will be dropping off.
